LTFUC, Mad Hatters Tea Party 2010

Dear Dean,

I am writing to thank you and the Band for once again coming to London to perform at our party at the Grosvenor House on Sunday 31st January and for making over 750 "special needs" and underprivileged children so happy.

The Band gave such a tremendous performance and, without doubt, helped us to make the party the great success that it was. Please extend our grateful thanks to all the guys in the band, who do such a great job year after year.

Maureen joins me in sending best wishes to you all and we look forward to seeing you all again next year, though no doubt we will be coming to see you at the pier head in the summer.

I was so impressed by them and how well they performed. As you can see from the comments on Youtube a lot of people in different parts of the world think the same! I did look at the website written on the bass drums when i got home and was interested to read what i found there. It is so good of you all to tour around entertaining so many people and raising money for good causes and doing it in such a wonderful manner, I congratulate you all, male and female!

Littlehampton Carnival 2009

Mad Hatters Tea Party Grosvenor House

Dear Dean
I am writing to extend grateful thanks on behalf of the Committee to all the Band for their wonderful and tremendous performance at our party and we apologise for the delay in sending this letter to you.
After holding these parties for 35 years, this party has been heralded as the best one ever and we want you to know that you greatly contributed towards our 80th Anniversary celebration being such a great success, with the children having a memorable day. We apologise for the fact that the Band had a long wait to come on, but promise that you will be right up front where you belong next year.
Congratulations on the well-deserved accolade of being made Honorary Members of our fund and please extend our grateful thanks to the entire Band for all your wonderful help and support you have given our charity over the years.

Lord Mayor's Parade 2008

Dear Dean

BOURNEMOUTH CARNIVAL BAND

I am writing on behalf of the Hon.President, Hon Chairman and all the Committee to thank the band most sincerely for travelling to London and joining us in the Lord Mayor's parade on Saturday 8th November 2008. The weather was really horrible, but from the moment you all arrived the atmosphere vastly changed to one of fun and laughter and we thank you all for your tremendous efforts in brightening up such a dull, wet and dismal day. The huge crowds that lined the streets absolutely adored you and there was no doubt that the cheers got louder and louder each time the Band came into sight. We are very lucky to have all the help and support that you give us and we look forward to seeing you all again on the 18th January 2009 at our Mad Hatters tea Party.

By the way, it was a pleasure having Bill in our Taxi - he's certainly a great entertainer and the crowd just loved him.
